Growing up, my parents taught me the value of selflessness and giving to others—whether it meant sharing time, energy, or resources. That early lesson planted a seed that grew into a lifelong passion: helping others and making a meaningful impact in any way I can. Today, that mission is at the heart of everything I do.

At 32, I proudly embrace the title of a renaissance woman—resilient, driven, and constantly evolving. Over the past decade, I have navigated four very different career paths, spanning juvenile delinquency research, tech-based educational nonprofits, and customer success strategies. Along the way, I faced unexpected challenges, including two layoffs within a single year that shook me to my core.
Despite these setbacks, I found ways to adapt, grow, and increase my value in every role. But balancing career instability while raising my autistic child as a single mother left me yearning for something more meaningful—an opportunity to share my knowledge, empower families, and positively impact communities. That desire ultimately inspired me to step into the role I cherish today: owning The Spale Agency, a life insurance agency dedicated to protecting families, providing financial security, and giving back to communities near and far.
Through this blog, I aim to provide more than just educational insights about life insurance and financial planning. I want to share real-life experiences—both my own and those of the people I serve—highlighting the triumphs, struggles, and lessons that shape our journeys.
